Photo Description and Event Notes: We were thrilled to work with our friends at Creative Development International on the production of the 70th Anniversary Gala Celebration for Carlson Companies. Over the last 10 years, we have come to know the Carlson team as our family, and we enjoy these shows immensely.
The 70th Anniversary Gala Celebration took place at the beautiful Theatre for Performing Arts at the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas. Featuring performers from around the world, the show celebrated Carlson's international presence with acts such Zendenko Taiko , Bolshoi Ballet, the Umbilical Brothers, O Tahiti E, Paul Potts, the Kenyan Boys Choir, Garrison Keillor, Michel Lauziere and the venerable Tony Bennett.
As the audio, lighting and video partner, MSI used more than 140 Martin Mac 2k, Martin Mac 700, Highend DL-2, and Studio Colors combined with more than 200 conventional instruments to create a grand spectacle.
With more than 15 acts and 400 international performers it took more than 120 audio inputs and 4 Yamaha PM-5D audio consoles for our team of engineers to deliver crystal clear audio to the audience. From bagpipes to taiko drums to the soulful songs of Tony Bennett, MSI was there to ensure each note was heard!
