There is nothing that is more stressful than trying to track down presentations for each of your presenters. We know that you have better things to do…so we created the MSI Presentation Manager. MSI Presentation Manager is designed exclusively for speakers that will be presenting at upcoming MSI supported conferences and meetings and allows the presenter to upload their presentation(s) directly to our server so that you don’t have to worry about it! We’ll even email you a daily report of who has submitted their presentation if you want!
The process is simple…after completing a short one-time registration form, the presenter will be able to choose their session from a menu and then upload their presentation to our server. Upon the successful upload, the presenter will receive a confirmation email receipt that we have received the file.
After submission, our technicians have immediate access to all of the presentations for your meeting. In addition, the presentations are backed up at our corporate headquarters so that our on-site technicians are able to obtain a copy in case an issue arises on site.
